in the event the truck may not be required or breakdowns occur you will act as a General Site Labourer responding to the requirements of the Site Manager to undertake various duties for the benefit of the development
monitor waste segregation on site and ensure any sub-contractors who do not comply with waste management are notified to the Site Manager
report to the Site Manager any careless use of company materials by sub-contractors and any failure of sub-contractors to wear hard hats or act responsibly regarding other basic health & safety requirements
when required, attend any additional training requirements that are either required by statute or arranged by the Company
as Telehandler you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials, either stored in the site compounds or designated area, are transported to the workplace, in accordance with site requirements and in a safe and responsible fashion
field sales executive

as a Field Sales Executive your main goal will be to achieve, Good customer service and achieve sales targets in accordance with the requirements laid down by the company, in collaboration with the whole of the sales team within the region, You will also be responsible on a day to day basis for general administration of the sales, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents and attending final inspections and customer hand-overs for all the regions sales outlets
maintain the high standards of the sales areas and completed plots including external and internal monitoring, reporting, snagging and instructing

assisting the site team in the monitoring of sewer installations, reviewing additional works in conjunction with the Technical Manager
setting out and surveying as required on each allocated site, including working alongside our groundwork’s teams checking and setting formation levels
(this will require the full use of total station etc
along with Autocad to produce the actual setting out information)
service installations by way of keeping an update on progress and any upcoming constraints, including assistance in column locations
provide updates to the Technical Manager on site progress to allow accurate reporting to the Technical Director
assisting the Technical Manager and site team by attending meetings as required with the statutory undertakers
liaise with the Technical Apprentice and Technical Manager on any design related issues or amendments required
