Responsibility
- oversee the claims function and control / define all relevant processes and controls
- assist with the assessment of new claims received and completing the associated checklists to validate a claim
- process all valid claims in line with agreed timescales
- provide claimants with updates on progress of live claims
- updating web-based system records and any associated reporting systems in order to track the progress/status of claims
- preparation and fulfilment of key correspondence in relation to new and existing claims to provide claimants with the relevant updates
- resolve all claims related queries escalating complex or appealed claims as necessary
- monitor Arc extract reports and resolve any issues
