deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
organize and supervise shifts for employees
appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
ensuring any offers and promotions are ran at correct times
manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations, ensures that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, and that appropriate hygiene standards are maintained
regularly review product quality and research new vendors, checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit
Requirements
have a keen interest in oriental food and culture
have at least 2 year experience in a management role with proven customer service and employee management experience
strong leadership, motivational and people skills
acute financial management skills
be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
be able to engage with guests and build friendly rapport
