Responsibility

  • gillman's is the largest independent appliance specialists in the South West, with showrooms in Gloucester and Ross on Wye
  • you will also be required to take payments
  • we are looking to recruit a full time appliance sales advisor who will be responsible for supporting our customers in advising on our vast range of appliances and products, including features and functions
  • you will provide an unrivalled first-class service to our customers ensuring you place orders, answer any queries, describe our appliances and agree on delivery and installation services
  • our showroom will be open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm, the right applicant will be expected to cover 5 days over 7 each week, this will include weekend working
  • as part of the team, you will come with at least one years experience in retail sales and ideally at least one years experience in domestic white goods sales
  • as well as a competitive salary, you will receive commission on sales, 29 days leave per annum and a company pension. We also over a staff and friends and family discount scheme

Requirements

  • 1 Years of retail sales experience
  • 2 Years of retail sales experience
  • 1 year of experience in domestic white goods sales
  • A proven track record in offering first-class customer service
