Responsibility

  • proactively contact and engage with prospective clients, establishing strong professional relationships and promoting our services
  • identify and target potential clients in the event production sector through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies
  • build and maintain a deep understanding of our services, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate our offerings to clients
  • develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities
  • actively manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth
  • conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, industry demands, and competitive landscape
  • stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to remain at the forefront of the event production sector

Requirements

  • proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the event production or related industries
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients
  • demonstrated ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that address their objectives
