Responsibility
- to work with the People and Operations Teams in identifying the manpower plan across the business, ensuring we have full head count at all times enabling the stability and growth of our business
- to ensure equitable and fair implementation of our agreed salary and benefits package throughout the business
- to support a People Talent Plan across the Company, working with the Recruitment team, ensuring we have live succession plans in place with a consistent and sufficient pipeline of talent coming through internal promotions
- to assist the wider team in their roles and with specialist People / HR projects across the business
- to manage & support on implementing Performance Improvement Plan Templates for Managers to use and to oversee implementation and monitoring of those plans
- to develop career paths & career development and to track management career paths enabling the stakeholders to review teams’ progression and planned progression
- to ensure all employee relations are managed effectively within the team through coaching and mentoring
- to work with Managers and Recruitment Managers to understand the emerging needs of the business, spot trends and propose appropriate interventions
