Responsibility

  • working with a team providing support and systems installations to clients throughout the UK and Europe
  • delivering telephone support
  • keeping track of support cases, delegating and escalating as required
  • assisting with administration tasks associated with good record keeping

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • IT graduate or Work experience in customer service industry
  • knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • ability to produce well written reports
  • willingness to learn
  • common European languages advantagous
  • willingness to travel throughout the UK and potentially Europe
