Responsibility
- working across departments, ensuring Supplychain of orders are managed efficiently and accurately. Liaising with both internal and external parties
- input and management of price updates
- assisting Supply Chain end to end with Global Wholesale FOB and customer forward orders
- support the Sales team – including new line forms, quote templates and order processing as well as administrative tasks and report building
- new product setup: distribution of key new product information to sales team and updating relevant sales documents, systems, and processes
- asset management: ensuring latest assets are available and filed
- management of Master pricing document to ensure all information is checked weekly and is correct inline with all departments within the wider business
- update and manage selling tools and platforms i: website, social media, catalogue, price lists, mailer campaigns
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven work experience in sales, administration or in a customer service/facing role
- strong organisational skills
- communicate effectively
- attention to detail
- multitasker
