Responsibility
A To control usage of cleaning chemicals and advise your manager when stock levels are running low
G Ensure all pots, crockery, cutlery is hygienically and thoroughly clean
to comply with statutory and legal requirements for Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety, Licensing and Employment Law to ensure that members of the Team are also aware of these requirements in accordance
C To ensure deliveries of consumables and non-consumable stock is checked when required
K To inform your Head of Department of any infestation or evidence of pests or rodents
F To follow daily/weekly cleaning routines and carry out frequency cleaning as designated by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
L To undertake special cleaning requirements as requested by Head Chef
