Responsibility
- promoting the benefits of giant’s product range to prospective leads
- meeting minimum KPIs in terms of conversion rates, activity and completed registrations
- at giant group, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Uxbridge, West London
- ensuring information is provided in a compliant manner by following company policy and adhering to industry and statutory legislations
- liaising with colleagues, management, internal department, external employment agencies and/or hirers on the client’s behalf to resolve queries
- objection Handling – respond promptly to customer enquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints at enquiry stage
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- hours: 37 hours per week
Requirements
- inbound sales: 1 year
