- adapting to changes and dealing with pressure in a sometimes fast paced environment
- ensuring relevant matrixes are up to date at all times
Requirements
- an excellent understanding of the social care sector especially homecare services
- knowledge of the principles of a high-quality person-centered care, and anti-discriminatory care practice
- an excellent understanding of the regulatory requirements and the law relating to domiciliary care services
- knowledge of the health and safety and Risk management practices relating to homecare services
- knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- successful experience of leading and managing teams delivering health and social care services
- knowledge of all the CQC domains
