  • at the Sheldon's Family Bakery, we produce some of the most iconic bread products in the UK
  • part of what makes this family bakery unique are it's people
  • through continued expansion and investment, we are increasing our Management Team at our Manchester site
  • we are looking for a Night shift Manufacturing Manager to join our team
  • whilst delivering the operational strategy and driving a culture of food safety and continuous improvement
  • reporting to the Directors of the business you’ll be required to lead, manage and develop your team to work safely and effectively
  • keep Abreast of the Relevant Legislation and Directives; Communicate changes and their Impact to your Supervisors and colleagues. Ensure Compliance through the Policies and Systems you Control

Requirements

  • experience building, motivating and improving a team
  • previous production management experience, leading teams to achieve targets
  • experience of monitoring and maintaining productivity of production lines within a manufacturing environment
  • food Manufacturing industry experience
