Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • confidently liaise with clients and contractors to maintain smooth running of communal areas of blocks and estates
  • obtain up to date knowledge of legislation and any other relevant guidance in order to provide a high standard of compliance
  • organising routine maintenance and liaising with contractors to ensure their work is carried out to the agreed specification
  • undertaking regular site visits and property inspections, including travel to London
  • under the direction of the heads of department, you will be responsible for carrying out an efficient service for all clients, meeting service requirements and ARMA standards in block and estate management
  • under the direction of the Property Team Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out an efficient service for all clients, meeting service requirements and ARMA standards in block and estate management
  • to successfully manage a portfolio of properties to an agreed standard for all clients, in line with the requirements set out in the Lease/TP1
  • co-ordinating, attending and chairing client meetings, including AGMs and EGMs. Lieu time will be rewarded for meetings held outside of normal business hours

Requirements

  • ability to work independently as well as successfully as part of a team
  • excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills , the ability to organise time effectively and prioritise workloads
  • confident in handling complaints and enquiries
  • clean driving license and access to use of a car
  • to be responsible for ensuring that all statutory requirements that the individual portfolio of clients require us to undertake on their behalf are completed
  • to ensure that all required Risk Assessments are carried out under statutory guidelines for the individual portfolio, and to liaise with the appropriate staff members and clients to ensure that all recommendations and requirements are carried out to ensure the client is compliant with legislation
