Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • manage sales and purchase ledgers and produce correct aged debtors and creditor reports monthly via accounting system
  • management of banking - receiving, and allocating payments correctly so that accurate management accounts can be produced
  • weekly reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors and providing reports to Director
  • must be experienced in using Sage Business Cloud
  • you will be the main point of contact with suppliers and customers so must be polite and have inititive and ability to resolve queries

Requirements

  • must have proven experience of using Sage Business Cloud
  • advanced knowledge of MS office
  • solid data entry skills
  • strong analytical abilities
  • ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • A keen eye for detail
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • good organizational and time management abilities
