Responsibility

  • credit Control and collection of overdue debt
  • coordinate courier services to Clients and Suppliers. Send items via Post Office when required
  • front of House – meet and greet clients
  • stationery Orders – keep an eye on stock levels e.g., pens, paper, printer toner etc. and reorder as necessary
  • complete Task sheets for Support and Sales Team if required
  • manage Office Insurance renewals
  • correspond with Office Landlord
  • liaise with Supplier/Customer Accounts Department
