  • work with the business owner and the team as it grows in producing the most sought after macarons in Liverpool
  • be familiar with the ingredients and basic preparation techniques
  • follow our secret recipe
  • analyse the recipe to determine quantities of ingredients needed
  • update all logbooks weekly
  • clean kitchen and work surfaces after preparing food or washing equipment
  • must have pastry/baking experience
  • macaron baking experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
