Responsibility
- collaborate with clients to determine their goals, requirements, and budget for architectural projects
- create architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design software
- develop and present design proposals to clients, including 2D and 3D renderings

- oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and meets the client's expectations
- conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress
- provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns
Requirements
- bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- professional licensure as an architect
- proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on interior design or renovation projects
- proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
