Requirements
- 2-3 Years PQE
- to provide accurate progress reports for the client at regular intervals
- to deal effectively with client queries by telephone or by clear and detailed letter
- at least 2 years PQE
- to maintain accurate records and an efficient and tidy filing system
- ideally strong private practice experience, but In-House experience also considered
- where applicable, to meet budgeted fees and profit targets
- supervision experience and desire for people management
Responsibility
- strong drafting experience in the following areas
- fintech / Banking
- health care
- GDPR - practical guidance experience
- brand Protection / Marketing
- dealing with a wide range of commercial work to involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating trading agreements, together with supply, purchase and manufacturing agreements including joint ventures and outsourcing
- supervising and mentoring junior team members
- working alongside Partners in the team on how work is scoped, priced and allocated
