- content Management
- take in-bound calls and emails from Belgium customers, logging all records accurately and efficiently in the customer database
- proactively audit the usage and performance of the Belgium dealer websites

- work with the technical, search and marketing teams to deliver one-to-one strategies and training to Belgium customers
- accurately and effectively report on the performance of the Belgium account – both internally and externally
- assist all clients in getting the most out of their websites, assisting with the optimisation of content and the creation of marketing materials
- continually look at ways to improve the level of service provided to Beligum customers
- support the management team in respect of emerging customer service requirements as they arise
- efficiently manage both your client portfolio and your other responsibilities
