Responsibility
- have no problem completing and submitting weekly report sheets
- decorating, plumbing, carpentry, plastering and general ad-hoc tasks
- basic carpentry, electrics, plumbing, woodwork, painting, odd jobs etc
- performing routine and unplanned maintenance tasks around London
- assist senior tradesmen when required
- maintaining maintenance records and sending regular work updates to the team via email, WhatsApp, or Skype
- we can only accept applications from individuals authorized to work in the United Kingdom. Tools and company uniforms will be provided
- perform routine and unplanned maintenance tasks around London where you will be assigned mainly to South West London areas but there may be jobs from West, SE, and South London area
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- you must have at least a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- good team player with the ability to work independently or alongside someone
- A good understanding of basic building/maintenance trades
- CSCS and CIS registered
- good self-motivation, problem solver and can multitask
- must have driver's license
- strong organizational, communication, and basic computer skills
