  • george is a contemporary private members club in the heart of Mayfair
  • we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Pastry Sous Chef to join the team at our stunning private members’ club – George, part of The Birley Clubs
  • set across two levels, with a ground floor dining room where the open kitchen creates classic brasserie dishes from organic and seasonal ingredients and a comfortable downstairs bar for relaxing and socializing
  • as Pastry Sous Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef and the management team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the brigade
  • you will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen
