  • maintaining the internal database and adding new Contractor profiles
  • building and maintaining relationships with passive and active Contract Personnel
  • assisting with the processing of online applications via the Company website
  • transferring Contractor CVs to the company template
  • assisting Contract personnel with the registration process
  • answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with general enquiries
  • checking, reformatting and saving Contractor documents
  • assistance with marketing and promoting brand awareness
