Responsibility

  • ideally previous experience in domiciliary care, supervisory role, experience in managing and leading staffing teams to deliver positive results
  • the right candidate if no previous experience must be happy to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Social Care
  • working hours - 25 hours per week, 5 hours daily from 9.30am to 14.30pm Monday to Friday
  • we are looking for a Team Leader who will supervise and motivate a team of support workers, whilst also completing a hands-on role to ensure the highest quality of care and support offered to our service users
  • job Types: Permanent, Part-time
