- we are now looking for an experienced Chef to work within the Riverside Hotel, working alongside the head chef & a small & talented team
- the ideal chef will have a passion for fresh produce & work well within a small team. Experience of working in a three-star hotel restaurant environment would be beneficial
- with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce, sourced locally where possible, we are looking for a chef who is as passionate about food quality as we are
- you will have a good knowledge of food preparation & presentation, menu development, allergens & be a great team player who thrives under pressure
- you will have a sound knowledge of kitchen management including ordering, meeting deadlines & financial targets as well as a thorough understanding of food safety & hygiene regulations
