  • balance sheet reconciliations
  • daily bank reconciliation and related journal entries
  • general accounting administration and record keeping
  • distribution of petty cash and recording thereof
  • preparation of VAT & GST Returns
  • posting invoices, monitoring costs incurred and querying with suppliers where necessary
  • taking ownership of the purchase ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner
