• 14) File QC paperwork
• maintenance of minimum stock levels of media and sterile consumables
• 12) Preparation and circulation of internal updates relating to incoming QC samples and results

• 18) Ensure experimental record keeping in accordance with company procedures
• to play a supporting role in day to day operations of the QC Department, in particular Calibration, sample preparation and shipping, Quality Control analysis, media preparation and house-keeping
• support stability testing function of Technical Department
• 10) Assist in the preparation and dispatch of customer samples and orders including generation of supporting shipping documentation
• checking and recording calibration and performance of all lab equipment and reporting anomalies
• preparation of product samples for research purposes or dispatch
• 17) Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed and appropriate Batch Records/supporting laboratory work/sample requests are completed in a timely manner
