Responsibility

  • processing and Posting of all Purchase Ledger Supplier invoices for both Stock Purchases and Overheads
  • processing of Expenses Claim forms and Petty Cash returns
  • chasing of unauthorised invoices from Branches
  • prompt answering/response to all calls/emails from suppliers on a daily basis
  • assisting suppliers with any invoice/payment queries
  • supplier Statement Reconciliations
  • payment to suppliers by BACS/Cheque
  • any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance manager
