Responsibility

  • recruitment and workforce HR support
  • support Workforce planning and strategy
  • recruitment – shortlisting and interviewing
  • supporting the PCN Managers with any managing of team leads/service supervisors
  • HR support of PCN clinical staff such as PCN pharmacy team
  • HR support of other non-clinical PCN staff
  • the post holder will be required to work flexibly across the PCN’s to support the PCN’s management teams. Previous experience working within the NHS is essential as is Finance and Management experience
