- liaising with managers to ensure debtors keep within the agreed payment terms and chasing outstanding debt when necessary
- dealing with credit control queries
- since the first branch of General Traffic opened in 1983, our family owned business has grown to become one of the largest stockists of automotive spares in the North West and the Midlands
- ensuring all correspondence, verbal or written is documented and following up any action as required
- ensuring remittance advices are received with payment
- filing all customer correspondence on a daily basis
