Responsibility

  • this role requires a fast learner with a technical mindset and strong communication skills
  • the ideal candidate for the role will be technically minded, a strong communicator, and be suitably detail-oriented and organised
  • based in the Southampton UK office, and reporting to the Support Lead, this position will be critical to providing a proactive and positive support experience for our global client base, enabling them to effectively operate our technology for their important missions
  • the Support Engineer will develop a deep understanding of our products, and use this to solve customer problems, develop technical documentation, and provide training to users
  • core to the role is prioritising customer relationships, understanding technical problems, and clearly communicating with external and internal stakeholders including the R&D and Production teams
