the ideal candidate for the role will be technically minded, a strong communicator, and be suitably detail-oriented and organised
based in the Southampton UK office, and reporting to the Support Lead, this position will be critical to providing a proactive and positive support experience for our global client base, enabling them to effectively operate our technology for their important missions
the Support Engineer will develop a deep understanding of our products, and use this to solve customer problems, develop technical documentation, and provide training to users
core to the role is prioritising customer relationships, understanding technical problems, and clearly communicating with external and internal stakeholders including the R&D and Production teams
