Responsibility
- coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
- prepare and maintain all records, correspondence and files
- prepare and maintain all records, corresponded and files
- understand and maintain building systems
- understand and maintain building systems by contracting for service and repair
- work with accounting, revenue control, leasing and tax department and various other professionals in resolving tenant issues, disputes and contracts
- manage annual budget, schedule expense, initiate corrective measures and prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- undertake site visits on a regular basis, and complete property inspections
Requirements
- proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales
- must have good leadership skills
- must have experience in lettings
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- have 2 years plus experience in Lettings
- having previous experience in Lettings would be an added advantage
- proficieny in Microsoft applications
