Responsibility
- support the firm in all aspects of general maintenance work at all branches
- transporting allocated goods between offices and external third party offices in an efficient and timely manner
- to ensure the successful development of the firm is in line with the business plan
- transporting occasional files to court, and completing lodging process effectively
- assisting with basic administrative tasks, when required
- carrying out "manual handling" tasks on the premises, and on third party premises required to effectively complete allocated tasks
- perform all maintenance requests/repairs within own competence
- manage the replenishment of supplies, including requisition, storage and distribution of such items to enable maintenance tasks to be performed
