- ensuring best practice across your homes and compliance to policies and procedures
- supporting Home Managers to ensure occupancy, care and commercial targets are reached
- ensuring staff and key resources are deployed and managed in a way that best assists the demands of each service
- constantly monitoring performance and providing support and feedback to Home Managers on training and development, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance matters
