Responsibility
- build travel itineraries for the clients using Amadeus and other tools to communicate this information
- arrange all ticketing and confirmations in conjunction with the travel arranger
- update the office systems with all necessary reservations data and liaise with the administration staff as necessary
- offer extraordinary service and bespoke travel solutions that add value, reduce cost and simplify business travel
- build travel itineraries for the clients using Amadeus and other tools and communicate this information by both email and telephone
- work as part of a team in an open plan busy environment supporting colleagues fulfilling our clients travel requirements
- book air seats, arrange hotel rooms, car hire and make other arrangements in accordance with the agreed travel plan
- work with clients via e-mail and on the telephone to fully understand their travel needs and develop the best solutions for them. This would include different fare and cabin types, a range of hotel options and other ancillary services
Requirements
- some previous business travel knowledge needed
