- to lead , manage, train, supervise and motivate staff, ensuring their development
- to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with legislation
- to monitor the appearance of the premises, ensure it is kept clean, tidy, well organised, fully stocked and fully staffed
- to order any supplies needed for the day to day business
- to engage and interact with customers/guests, in a way that promotes a warm and friendly atmosphere within the store
- to be able to work efficiently with professionalism at all times and maintain high standards
