Responsibility
- providing first line ICT support to all staff within the school
- supporting teachers, staff and customer through remote desktop
- maintaining user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- provide ICT onboarding induction to new members of staff
- providing ICT support in classrooms when requested
- monitoring of the school’s printers and photocopiers, and their related consumables
- maintenance of ICT hardware, repairing and upgrading as required
- maintaining as asset register of IT equipment
