Requirements

  • at least 2-3 years’ Operating at a Senior Level within a FMCG environment
  • proven experience of building and developing teams to provide robust succession planning provisions
  • IOSH Managing Safety
  • NEBOSH
  • experience of using Navision desirable but not essential
  • at least 5 years’ Production Management experience within the food /FMCG / short shelf life industry including exposure to continuous improvement work is essential
  • senior Management: 2 years
  • production Management: 5 years

Responsibility

  • 14+ staff on shift
  • responsible for team training
  • any other reasonable requests to support the business in general
  • highly developed planning skills, ability to project plan in detail to ensure necessary scheduled actions lead to project deliverables and minimises project risks at all cost
