Responsibility

  • we have an amazing opportunity for an Operations Manager to join us at this exciting time
  • we operate cleaning and property maintenance services for around 80 sites in Sheffield and surrounding areas
  • the Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving general service delivery
  • as an Operations Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar position
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisation, IT and people skills would be suited to this position as would the ability to think outside the box and deliver against set targets and tight deadlines
  • order material and chemical levels within the agreed site budget and in line with site requirements
  • monitor stock levels on a regular basis and ensure orders are processed in line with Company procedures
  • ensure that all colleagues work the correct number of hours and adhere to the signing in and out procedure
