Responsibility
- due to continued growth we are looking for an EXPERIENCED cycle mechanic to work with our team
- we are a small, dynamic company looking to grow and you will work with us in those efforts
- you must be flexible with a 'whatever it takes' attitude
- you MUST have at least 2 years cycle mechanics experience in a retail environment - preferably with a minimum Cytech 2 qualification
- you should have extensive knowledge of working with all types of cycles including road bikes, mountain bikes, shimano equipment, Sram and Campagnolo equipment and all high end components
- of key importance will be your ability to liaise with clients and provide unparalleled customer service whether face to face, online or by phone
