Responsibility

  • we are currently recruiting a dedicated and focused Service Delivery Manager to join our team
  • the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective provision of an IT service
  • monitoring Service levels and working alongside the Evolve internal IT Management team
  • the Service Delivery Manager acts as the single point of contact for the customer escalations. Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
  • recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
