Responsibility
- be first point of contact for all compliance jobs, i.e. PAT reports, EICRs, Gas Safety Inspections
- help manage the booking in of all compliance jobs to ensure SLAs are met
- write up reports for jobs and send to clients
- following up any queries with the engineers/sub-contractors who attended, along with chasing engineers for updates
- ensuring engineers have the relevant equipment to carry out the jobs
- managing the engineer team in terms of their queries, job completion sign off and material organisation
- we are recruiting a Compliance & Operations Administrator to be based in our Morden Office; it is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their career within facilities
- produce quotes for any further works following attendance to ensure all sites are compliant
Requirements
- ideally candidate will have knowledge of compliance requirements
- previous experience in a similar role
- demonstrate customer service
- able to converse with clients and engineers
- problem solve
- good communicator
- able to work as part of a team
- compliance: 2 years
