  • we are looking for an experienced cake baker / pastry chef to work closely with the head baker on a part time basis
  • the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional bakery experience and some front of house experience would be beneficial

Requirements

  • baking and preparation of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries for both bespoke orders and the weekly weekend patisserie
  • finishing cupcakes and filling and preparing layer cakes ready to be decorated
  • cleaning and maintaining the kitchen in accordance with hygiene standards
  • organising and storing ingredients appropriately
