Responsibility
work with our client's post-sales Customer Success team
aid in ensuring the successful market release and adoption of our client's product and manage any expansion opportunities in assigned accounts
coordinate with Business Development personnel to perform prospecting in enterprise and large-scale accounts for further opportunities
own the end-to-end sales cycle for all assigned accounts
work with prospective clients through all the commercial due diligence
utilize high-level knowledge of software development trends to sell our client's product to customers
perform administrative data entry into our client's CRM to maintain expert-level organization
complete initial discovery of a prospects' pain points and concerns utilizing a consultative approach
Requirements
high-level communicator - both verbally and in written correspondence
innovative and solutions driven – ability to utilize creativity spontaneously without prior planning
customer focused – someone who can demonstrate a desire to help customers and do what it takes to "set things right.”
