• what will you be doing in this role?
• you will be responsible for managing the prioritisation and allocation of work received by our IT Service desk, minimising the business impact of IT problems whenever possible and actively seeking to prevent their reoccurrence
• working alongside the IT Support Officer that you will manage, you will contribute to the effective resolution of IT support requests and problems, calling upon 3rd line colleagues in the Infrastructure & Systems team when necessary to ensure a timely response

• you don't have to have previous experience for this role, but you must be positive and willing to learn
• you'll be the first point of contact for our customers reporting repairs, so you'll have outstanding customer service skills and be able to work on initiative to assess information and book in jobs for our Gateway Property Care colleagues
