  • gates Estates are an established Estate Agents based in South Yorkshire offering Sales, Lettings and property management services to our clients
  • our main office is in Birdwell, Barnsley where we have been based for fifteen years from which we cover all areas of South Yorkshire with our property services
  • carrying out accompanied viewings at properties
  • speaking to Landlords and Maintenance manager regarding maintenance issues found at inspections
  • carrying out inventories of properties prior to move in's and creating digital copies for Tenants
  • chasing rent and informing Landlords of Tenants' circumstances
