Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- exceptional organizational abilities coupled with keen attention to detail
- familiarity with the management consultancy or professional services industry
- strong project management proficiency, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously
- use of marketing automation software and tools, CRM and understanding of data privacy regulations
- excellent interpersonal and communication aptitude
- ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
Responsibility
- manage marketing merchandise such as banners and business cards, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely fulfillment for events
- prepare and manage marketing supplier forms for Havas finance, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal policies and procedures
- coordinate webinars, conferences, and workshops, including managing attendee lists, booking rooms, liaising with catering and AV, preparing badges, and providing on the day support at events in Havas Village London as well as off-site
- support on other projects as required
