  • the Human Resources Business Partnering Team is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional Human Resources Officer to provide professional and responsive advice and guidance to managers and staff to ensure the consistent application of HR policies and practices within the Trust
  • advising within the framework of NWAS policies and the legal context, on areas such as absence management, recruitment & selection, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and organisational change under the guidance of the HR Manager
  • whilst the HR Officer role will be a generalist HR role including involvement in all elements of the employee lifecycle, it will have particular focus on absence management case support and coaching for our front-line managers
