Responsibility
- garrison Dales are an importer and distributor of tools, consumables and PPE into independent retailers
- the role will include but not be limited to
- communicating with a portfolio of customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- upselling and cross-selling products and services
- answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
- keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold and warm leads
- due to continued growth we are looking to employ an internal sales representative; there is more than 1 role available for the right candidates, to help expand the sales function of the business
