Responsibility
- empower the team to deliver rich learning opportunities for all children by creating unique and exciting activities
- A good understanding of children's development, together with the EYFS Curriculum and teaching
- to lead and work proactively within the current Early Years Framework
- establish and monitor the effectiveness of the planning for individual Children, following our In the moment planning approach
- role model interaction with children and support staff to foster an enthusiasm for learning
- train, support and mentor all staff members, as well as supporting a positive working environment
- support the managing of the overall day to day operation of the nursery
- to achieve occupancy targets for the nursery by carrying out tours for potential new families
