Responsibility
- prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and established standards
- measure and mix ingredients, bake items in ovens, and monitor baking times to ensure proper cooking
- decorate pastries using icing, glazes, and other toppings to create visually appealing presentations
- collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry recipes and menu items
- maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations
- monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished

Requirements
- previous experience as a pastry cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or bakery setting
